Preparation and safety
Make the affected kitchen edges, cupboards, utility areas or other rooms accessible without dismantling unsafe equipment. Store exposed food and tell us about children, pets, vulnerable occupants and any area that cannot be entered. Avoid applying additional insect sprays immediately before the visit, as this may obscure the activity we need to assess. Do not touch or move gel placements afterwards.
