Current domestic prices at a glance
We publish a price whenever the likely scope can be described fairly. These are our current online prices for common domestic work:
- Wasp nest treatment: £95 under the seasonal domestic offer. The standard price applies to an average domestic property within 20 miles of PR2 1AU; any different price is confirmed before attendance.
- Rats or mice: £65 per visit, usually resolved in two to three visits.
- Beetles: £75 for the treatment visit.
- Silverfish: £60 plus £10 per room treated.
- Moles: £85, usually including two to three visits. Any extra visit is discussed and charged separately.
- Bee removal: £125 where removal is appropriate.
- Grey squirrels: £75 setup plus £40 per squirrel caught.
Ant, flea and cockroach work varies with the property, access and number of affected areas, so we review the details before confirming the price. We will not arrive and quietly substitute a different charge: if the scope or price needs to change, we explain it before attending.
View all live prices and request an appointment. Appointment times remain requests until the address, access and route have been checked.
Rats, mice and grey squirrels
Rat control covers investigation, targeted treatment and prevention advice for activity in homes, gardens and outbuildings. Mouse control focuses on the smaller entry routes and hidden kitchen, loft and void activity commonly associated with mice. If you are unsure which rodent is present, start with our rodent-control overview or the rat-or-mouse identification guide.
For heavier movement, gnawing or nesting in a loft or roof space, see our grey squirrel control service.
Wasps, bees and ants
Our seasonal wasp nest treatment explains the current domestic offer, access requirements and return terms. Bees are different: some nests can be left safely in place, so our bee removal and advice page begins with identification and whether intervention is appropriate. We also provide specific guidance for tree bees.
If ants are trailing through a kitchen, wall edge or garden entrance, our ant treatment page explains how treatment reaches the colony and what to expect afterwards.
Fleas, cockroaches, beetles and silverfish
Flea treatment is planned by the rooms affected and includes preparation and aftercare guidance. Cockroach treatment uses targeted gel bait after the affected areas and access have been assessed.
Because identification matters, we have separate information for beetle control and silverfish treatment. Tell us where the insect was found and include a clear photograph where possible.
Mole catching
Our mole-catching service uses professional trapping for suitable gardens and land. The page explains the current visit allowance and how any further attendance is handled.
Booking and safety
Online appointments are requests and are checked against the address, access details and route before confirmation. Include the pest or signs seen, affected rooms or areas, pets, access restrictions and the full postcode. If the scope or price needs to change, we will explain it before attending.
Preparation and re-entry instructions vary by treatment. Read our pest-treatment safety information and follow the instructions supplied for your property.
