Information to include
- The pest you have seen, or the signs you have found.
- The rooms, garden, loft, outbuilding, business area or land affected.
- The full postcode and any parking, gate, entry or access restrictions.
- Whether children, pets or vulnerable occupants are present.
- Any previous treatment or equipment already in place.
If the entrance is difficult to find, add clear directions or a What3words location.
If you will not be home
Some outdoor work can be completed without you at the property when this has been agreed in advance and safe access is available. Explain the location, make sure gates or entrances are accessible and provide a contact number. We will confirm whether attendance without an occupier is suitable for the service requested.
Business, school or landlord bookings
For commercial premises, food sites, schools, managed properties or ongoing prevention, read about Priority Prevention or contact us for a quotation. Domestic prices do not automatically apply to commercial or education sites.
