Marie organises the diary and you are kept updated about the arrival time. John provides an excellent service and quickly gets rid of any pesky uninvited guests !! We've used the Alvey Group twice now to remove Wasps nests from our property (across a span of 3 years, our house must just look attractive to them!) John always comes to assist within days of request and has an amazing understanding of everything with nature. There are times he has come out and not charged. I would highly recommend him. Professional, knowledgeable and efficient service. The lady I spoke to on the phone was incredibly helpful and was able to identify our bee problem with a couple of questions, then sent a lovely man over to safely and carefully remove the bees the same day. Reasonably priced as well. Great service, highly recommend!
